Can’t you just remove the infringing videos and let me have my account back?

No. Motvio is required to maintain and implement a policy for dealing with accounts that are deemed repeat infringers. When an account has been disabled under our repeat infringer policy, the only way to restore the account is to reduce the number of strikes on the account below the threshold that triggers removal. Even if there are non-infringing videos on the account, it must remain disabled until the copyright strikes are removed.
